12 hours until we open.

Chris came home smelling like the Seafood Center: of onions, of clam fry, of chowder. He brought home fried shrimp and haddock and we ate as if we hadn’t had this kind of seafood all year.
Tomorrow: more onions, more chicken.
Tried to videotape how we finished our floors today. Hired local.
